Our office is happy to bill any dental insurance company on behalf of you, our patient. The list of insurance companies below are ones currently utilized in our office.
We are happy to verify your eligibility and gather information regarding your plans coverage. We will also be happy to estimate your out of pocket costs for any services.
However, any pre-determination or estimate provided by our office is simply that: an estimate. All insurance companies are careful to tell us that they absolutely do not guarantee payment until the services are rendered and the claim is processed.
